Resident Incident Log Report

The Resident Incident Log report shows summaries of incident records for incidents having the Incident Category of Resident. The summary includes the control number, date and time, resident and unit, incident type, incident location, injury type and location, action taken, and action-plan items completed.

To generate a Resident Incident Log report

1	On the Care Manager menu, select Reports > Incident Tracking > Resident Incident Log. The Resident Incident Log filter appears.

2	Complete the following fields, as needed:

Community	The community code.
Date Range -to-	The range of dates during which the incident occurred.
Resident	The resident code.

3	Click Submit. The Resident Incident Log report appears.
