Resident Incident Log Report
The Resident Incident Log report shows summaries of incident records for incidents having the Incident Category of Resident. The summary includes the control number, date and time, resident and unit, incident type, incident location, injury type and location, action taken, and action-plan items completed.
To generate a Resident Incident Log report

On the Care Manager menu, select Reports > Incident Tracking > Resident Incident Log. The Resident Incident Log filter appears.

Click Submit. The Resident Incident Log report appears.
